I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong mind, healthy supporting environment, and lastly a fighting spirit. I preach the 5 C's (commitment, consistency, confidence, creativity, and compliments). My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs teach and guide you through every exercise, and every workout. My goal as your trainer is to give you the tools needed to be able learn sustainable healthy eating habits and to exercise anywhere without feeling self conscious about what you are doing injury free. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. I am proficient in personal and group fitness. running workouts, facility, and stadium workouts, HIIT, Cycling, Circuit Training, TRX, and other training programs. I can help you master some of the toughest exercises from the dreaded burpee and pushup to a proper barbell clean and press.

As a "well rounded" Fitness Instructor, some of my areas of expertise include Teaching nutrition processes for weight loss to include building a healthy grocery shopping list and eating schedule. In-person grocery shopping advice. How to read nutritional labels. Macros tracking, and meal planning. Sustainable nutrition for the long term, and not get slim quick diet fads. Administering Fitness Tests, group fitness, fitness programs and fitness management, one on one personal training.
